Threshold ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website threshold.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

Information you provide to us: When you purchase the Closing Notes, we collect the information necessary to process your payment (handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card number). We collect your email address to send you your purchase receipt and the Organizer document.
Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we collect standard web log data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how long you spent on each page. We use this data in aggregate to understand how people use the site and to improve the content.
Cookies: We use a small number of cookies — text files stored in your browser — to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors navigate the site. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.
How we use your information

Closing Notes: your data stays with you
Closing Notes is designed so that your personal information is never stored on our servers. When you complete the Organizer form, your data is processed to generate a PDF that is delivered directly to you. We do not retain the content you enter into the Organizer form. Your affairs are yours.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
- Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google's servers. This involves your browser making a request to Google's servers when you visit our site.
- Analytics (if applicable): We may use a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand site traffic in aggregate. We do not use Google Analytics.
We do not embed third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.
Data retention
